Face to face (Computer Aided Personal Interviews - CAPI)

Face to face interviews are conducted either door to door, in central locations, or in store by our fully trained and experienced interviewers using a structured questionnaire prepared by NOVERNA and approved by the client. The sample size is determined according to the desired level of analysis, margin of error and level of confidence desired by the client.

 

Telephonic (Computer Aided Telephonic Interviews - CATI)

Telephonic interviews are conducted at our fully equipped call centres by our fully trained and experienced interviewers using a structured electronic questionnaire prepared by NOVERNA and approved by the client. The sample size is determined according to the desired level of analysis, margin of error and level of confidence desired by the client. Contact lists are obtained from the most recent telephonic directory or cleared, representative lists supplied by the client.

 

In-depth Interviews

In-depth interviews are conducted at the respondents’ premises by our fully trained and experienced interviewers using a structured questionnaire prepared by NOVERNA and approved by the client.


Focus Group Discussions (FGD) 

Focus group discussions are conducted at our fully equipped focus group facilities and by our fully trained and experienced moderators using a structured discussion guide prepared by NOVERNA and approved by the client. The sample size is determined according to the desired level of perspectives.


Mystery Shopper

Mystery shop visits are conducted by our highly trained mystery shoppers following a predetermined mystery shop script, which
is in line with the client continuous improvement and performance management program, prepared by NOVERNA and approved by the client.


Mystery Caller

Mystery calls are placed by our highly trained mystery callers at our fully equipped call centres following a predetermined mystery call script, which is in line with the client continuous improvement and performance management program, prepared by NOVERNA and approved by the client.

 

Desk Research

This is a secondary form of research that is typically conducted for clients that are in the preliminary stages of their research by collecting a wide range of relevant and available data from existing research, publications, reports, official websites, government and NGO statistics.

 

Performance Testing

Typically conducted for clients that offer products or services that must adhere to strict quality standards and require an independent party for testing the relevant product or service performance. The locations, samples, devices, software, test variables and test conditions are predetermined in line with the client quality control and performance management program. The test program is prepared by NOVERNA and approved by the client.


Panelling

Panels are typically used to monitor and track cause and effect relationships over time with the use of a carefully selected and incentivised panel of users in line with the user profile desired by the client.  

 

Online Surveys

Our online surveys are a cost effective option for certain types of short market research studies provided the target market is well represented and responsive via the on-line medium.
